We’re looking for a Client Lead who can truly own client relationships from end to end. This is not traditional project management. It’s about seeing the bigger picture, driving momentum, and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks. You are the connective tissue that keeps work moving, holds teams accountable, and ensures both clients and internal partners stay aligned and proactive.

This role sits at the intersection of communication, strategy, and execution. You will serve as the face of Commonstate, a trusted partner to our clients, and the bridge to our fulfillment team. Success means turning vision into action, removing friction before it becomes a problem, and consistently pushing work forward with clarity, focus, and purpose.
